After placing an order we will aim to dispatch your order as quickly as is possible. We aim to dispatch any orders received and cleared through our processing systems, before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same working day.
Orders that are received after 4pm Friday and before 11:30am Saturday will be dispatched on Saturday.
Orders received after 11:30am on Saturdays, will be dispatched the following Monday.
If Monday is a Bank Holiday in the UK, orders will be dispatched Next Working Day.
All orders are dispatched using a tracked service, however some services offer more tracking information than others. For example, standard 1st Class Royal Mail is tracked, but only updates when the item is delivered to you.
Our other couriers, such as DPD or UPS, provide full tracking throughout your delivery, and often provide a timed delivery slot. Royal Mail Special and Recorded services also offer a more in-depth tracked journey.
Please choose your preferred service at checkout, where you'll often find multiple shipping options are available for you to choose. When you receive your Dispatch Confirmation Email your tracking number, and courier information will be provided.
Royal Mail 1st Class Mail should arrive within 1-2 Working Days, around 90% of mail shipped via this service, should reach you on the Next Working Day after we've shipped your order.
Royal Mail Tracked and Special Delivery should be delivered within one business day.
DPD, UPS and other mainstream couriers should be delivered Next Working Day.
If we have to ship your order via a Pallet Network we do aim to deliver within 24 hours, but occasionally, this might be 48 hours.
On very rare occasions, unfortunately an item might become lost in the postal network. What we ask is that if your order has been shipped via standard Royal Mail 1st Class post, please allow 5 working days before you contact us about your delivery, which gives Royal Mail time to deliver to you incase they are experiencing delays. We will then issue a same day replacement.
If you have chosen a delivery via a Courier such as UPS or DPD, and your order does not arrive within the scheduled time-frame, please firstly contact the courier direct and provide them with your tracking information. The Courier should be able to offer a quick resolution if you deal direct with them.
If the Courier is unable to assist at all, please then contact us and we will raise your concerns to the courier and hopefully provide an expedited resolution.
Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We want to make returning products either for a refund or replacement to be as hassle free as is possible.
Customers must contact us by email and request a return within 30-days of delivery. Customers are allowed 30-days from the date of your invoice to cancel and return any items. Items must be in the same condition as delivered, unopened and unused.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs when returning unwanted items (this includes any item ordered in error by the customer). All original packaging must be included with the return. It is the consumers statutory duty to return the goods in good condition and to return the goods correctly paid and adequately protected. We reserve the right to charge direct costs for breaches of the statutory duty.If returns are received in an unsalable condition due to either a damaged product or packaging a re-stocking fee may be charged.
Unwanted returns will be refunded minus any upgraded postage you have paid while placing your order.
Faulty ProductsIn the unlikely event that you are sent faulty item(s), or damaged in transit, please call or email our customer service department in order to explain the problem you are experiencing. Where appropriate, we will go through troubleshooting steps and common set-up issues with you in order to resolve any technical issues before accepting faulty items as a return.
Goods that are found to be faulty or damaged will be issued with an RMA number and given a Freepost address in order to return the item to us. If found to be defective, a working replacement will be sent to you. If no same product is available, a similar value one may be sent in replacement. We will inform you first if this happens. Otherwise a full refund, including any postage upgrade costs will be refunded for the defective item.
Care of Goods to be ReturnedWhilst in possession of your item(s) you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them. We reserve the right to claim against you for item(s) returned that have been made unfit for resale or damaged whilst in your possession.
Personalised Items: Please note that we are unable to accept any returns for personalised products once they have been manufactured. These items are personal to you, and we would therefore be unable to re-sell these products again, hence not being able to process any exchanges or refunds for personalised items.
We hold stock of blank phone cases only and every single sale of a phone case, is made to order, for you. Each case we print uses a blank phone case and sublimation plate, and has ink, packaging and postage costs which we have to cover. For this reason we are unable to accept any returns or cancellations.

You can request us to update or remove your personal information by emailing us. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders and to comply with customer service or after sale obligations.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Ordering and Payment. After placing an order, i-Choose Ltd will send an Order Confirmation via email to you. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and we will confirm such acceptance by sending an email to you confirming our acceptance of your order and dispatch confirmation. The contract between us will be formed when we send you the Dispatch Email. The contract will relate only to those Products in the Dispatch Email. We cannot be obliged to supply any Products which may have been part of your order but have not yet been confirmed by the Dispatch Email.
All descriptions, photographs and advertising are solely to provide an idea of the products they describe. While we take every care with our descriptions, errors may occur, and are excluded from the contract if very minor. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, via PayPal or Stripe Payments. We cannot dispatch any Products until we have cleared funds. If payment is made by credit or debit card, we reserve the right to make delivery to the statement address of the cardholder.
While we try and ensure all prices on our website are accurate, errors may very occasionally occur. If we do discover an error in the price of a Product ordered before dispatch, we will inform you as soon as possible and give the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled under this clause and you have already paid for the Product, you will receive a full refund. If the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognized as a mis-pricing, we will be under no obligation to provide the Product even after any dispatch confirmation.
Your Consumer Rights. You may cancel your purchase at any time within 30-days of receipt and we will give you a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. Refer to our Returns Policy for further details. We recommend you follow our packaging guidelines and return via recorded delivery as we cannot be liable for goods damaged or lost in transit to us.
Delivery. No liability will be accepted by i-Choose Ltd for failure to meet a stated delivery date, apart from the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service which may apply, in which case our liability is limited to a refund of the carriage of the order.
Warranty. If within 12 months of being delivered, a defect in any Product is discovered which is directly due to faulty goods or workmanship, i-Choose Ltd shall, at its option, repair or replace the Product free of charge for labour and materials. If a Product is found to be faulty within 30-days, then you have the option to a refund for the faulty product. Prior authorization must be obtained for any returns by contacting i-Choose Ltd Customer Services and obtaining an RMA number, which must be quoted in any correspondence. If any item is returned which is found not to be faulty by us, then a charge will be made for return carriage insurance and administration. This clause does not affect your statutory rights. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
Limitation of Liability. We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the Product arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, if you use the Product in a way that we do not recommend, your failure to follow instructions, or any alterations or repair you carry out without our prior written approval. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased. This does not include or limit in any way our liability.
Uncontrollable Events and Delays. In case of delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of i-Choose Ltd or its suppliers, we shall have the right to either suspend delivery or to cancel the contract without liability. Examples of Uncontrollable Events are (by way of example and not limited to) natural disasters, flood, strike, lockout, riot, revolution, war, epidemic, pandemic, working difficulties, transportation difficulties, fire, and failure of suppliers or official regulations.
Customer Obligations. You are responsible for your own choice of Product and the suitability for any particular purpose. You must ensure that any Products are compatible. Images are for illustration purposes only. Specifications are correct as per manufacturer information. You must provide reasonable courtesy information and co-operation to i-Choose Ltd.
Entire Agreement. We will rely on these terms and conditions and any documents referred to in them in relation to any contract between us.
Miscellaneous. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the rest are unaffected Contracts for the purchase of Products and any dispute or claim arising therefrom are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Updates to Terms & Conditions. From time to time we may need to update these terms and conditions to reflect changes in legislation, the marketplace or company policy. The contract will be subject to those terms and conditions in force at the time of the formation of the contact – i.e. on the date of the Dispatch Email.
