What are your dispatch cut-off times?

After placing an order, i-Choose Ltd will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as is possible. We aim to dispatch any order received and cleared through our processing and verification systems, before 4pm Monday to Friday, on the same working day. Orders that are received after 4pm Friday and before 11:30am Saturday, will be dispatched on Saturday.  Orders received after 11:30am on Saturdays, will be dispatched the following Monday. If Monday is a Bank Holiday in the UK, orders will be dispatched Next Working Day.


Do you track orders?

All orders are dispatched using a tracked service, however some services offer more tracking information than others. For example, standard 1st Class Royal Mail is tracked, but only updates when the item is delivered to you. Our other couriers, such as DPD or UPS, provide full tracking throughout your delivery, and often provide a timed delivery slot. Royal Mail Special and Recorded services also offer a more in-depth tracked journey. Please choose your preferred service at checkout, where you'll often find multiple shipping options are available for you to choose. When you receive your Dispatch Confirmation Email your tracking number, and courier information will be provided.


Do you charge extra for shipping services?

Obviously some shipping services are more expensive than others and we simply pass our costs, onto you, but due to order volumes we are able to provide very competitive shipping rates.


How long should my order take to arrive?

Royal Mail 1st Class Mail should arrive within 1-3 Working Days, around 90% of mail shipped via this service, should reach you on the Next Working Day after we've shipped your order. Please be aware that due to the current Covid pandemic, Royal Mail and other couriers are experiencing much higher volume than is normal, and occasionally, delays may happen which are unfortunately out of our control. Royal Mail Tracked and Special Delivery should be delivered within one business day. DPD, UPS and other mainstream couriers should be delivered Next Working Day. If we have to ship your order via a Pallet Network we do aim to deliver within 24 hours, but occasionally, this might be 48 hours.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes we do. If you would like to collect your order, please place your order online and select the Click & Collect option during checkout. Once we have received your order, we aim to have your order ready to collect within 1 hour, Monday to Friday. If you place a Click & Collect order after 3PM Friday, your order will be available to collect on Saturday. Any Click & Collect orders placed on a Saturday, or Sunday, will be available to collect the following Monday. If the following Monday is a Bank Holiday, your Click & Collect will be available on the following Tuesday. Our Click & Collect service is available until 4:30PM Monday to Saturday. We will keep you updated via Email and advise you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please bring one form of ID with you.


What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

On very rare occasions, unfortunately an item might become lost in the postal network. What we ask is that if your order has been shipped via standard Royal Mail 1st Class post, please allow 5 working days before you contact us about your delivery, which gives Royal Mail time to deliver to you, in case they are experiencing delays. We will then issue a same day replacement. If you have chosen a delivery via a Courier such as UPS or DPD, and your order does not arrive within the scheduled time-frame, please firstly contact the courier direct, and provide them with your tracking information. The Courier should be able to offer a quick resolution if you deal direct with them. If the Courier is unable to assist at all, please then contact us and we will raise your concerns direct to via our Account Managers to provide an expedited resolution.
